Title: Low-Fat Yogurt Vinaigrette

2tbLemon juice
1tb(to 2 tbs) wine vinegar sherry vinegar or cider vinegar
1smGarlic clove(s) minced (opt)
1tsDijon mustard or to taste
1/4tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/2cNon-fat yogurt
1tb(to 2 tbs) olive oil
2tbChopped herbs such as tarragon, parsley, basil chives, dill,

Put lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, and yogurt into a jar or small bowl. Stir together well. Stir in olive oil and herbs. Taste and adjust seasonings.
